Are your items embroidered or printed?
All designs are professionally embroidered using high-quality thread for a durable, elevated finish.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Please use the custom order page or contact me to inquire about custom orders.
How long does processing take?
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for embroidery and processing before shipment.
If there is a longer processing time on an order, it will be in the product description. EX: a preorder.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Estimated delivery times after shipping are:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for customers near Stillwater, OK. Simply select “Local Pickup – Stillwater, OK" at checkout to avoid shipping charges. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders are sometimes available depending on my current workload. A rush fee will apply. Email me at bumblebeeinks@gmail.com with the subject line, "RUSH ORDER INQUIRY"
What if my selected shirt color or size is unavailable?
In the event that your selected shirt color or size becomes unavailable from our supplier after your order is placed, you will be contacted via email with alternative options. You may choose to switch to a different available color or size, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
We do our best to keep inventory updated, but occasional supplier shortages may occur.
How should I wash embroidered materials?
Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low or air dry for best results.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final.
